Extra Curriculars

At St. Thomas, we believe in tapping the creative potential of the children as much as we believe in classroom learning. We provide ample opportunities for students to participate in extracurricular activities such as sports, music, dance, art, drama, clubs and other cultural activities.

We believe that these extra curriculars contribute to the behavioural development of a child, as well as gives opportunity for exposure and experience. We encourage students to participate in inter-school competitions and other events to help them develop their skills and confidence.

Associations & Clubs

The clubs and associations they offer provide students with opportunities to learn and explore different subjects in an engaging and fun way. By inviting guest speakers to present on various topics, the association activities become more informative and interesting for the students.

The clubs, including dramatics, dance, music, cookery, maths, and science, allow students to delve into different areas of interest. By participating in these clubs, students have the chance to develop new skills, discover their talents, and nurture their passion for a particular subject or activity.

The rotation and mixed group approach in the clubs enable students to interact with their peers from different backgrounds and interests. This fosters a sense of collaboration, teamwork, and learning from one another. Moreover, presenting their learnings to the whole school at the end of the day helps students build confidence, public speaking skills, and a sense of accomplishment.
